Waste handling cranes play a key role in modern incineration plants. Waste handling cranes require stable, fast and safe operation in demanding environments where the moment the waste arrives, the crane needs to stack, weigh, mix and deliver to the incinerator with maximum efficiency.

Usually there are two waste handlers above the waste area, and one of the cranes is used as a backup to ensure minimal downtime.

To enable 24/7 continuous operation of waste handling cranes, our waste handling cranes offer reliability and outstanding performance in a compact and robust design. It can be operated in manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic mode, which greatly improves the production efficiency of the crane.

Manual type:

The operator controls the crane using the linkage console.

Semi-automatic type:

The grabbing operation is manual control, and the automatic control part includes moving to the charging port, weighing and charging.

Fully automatic type:

Once the crane receives the charging signal from the charging port, the crane begins to perform each step automatically, moving to the trash can, lowering the grip, grabbing the waste, lifting the waste, moving to the charging port, weighing, charging and returning to position. It will automatically repeat the same action.

Standard waste handling crane, its usual lifting capacity is 4~32 tons, its typical span is 18~35 meters, our intelligent waste handling crane, with its excellent performance, can usually handle 800-2000 tons per day scrap.
