Product Introduction

The electrolytic copper crane is mainly composed of electrical control mechanism, crane and trolley travelling mechanism and crane girders. The trolley mechanism consists of a hoisting mechanism, a trolley travelling mechanism, a trolley frame, an outer frame, a mobile cab, a liquid receiving tray mechanism, and a spreader. The spreader is composed of a fixed guide frame, a movable guide frame, a cathodic and anode hanging bag, and an arrangement comb.

The crane hoisting, trolley travelling and crane travelling speed are all variable frequency drive, the whole crane is controlled by Siemens 1500 series PLC, the PLC and inverter is controlled by PROFINET communication. There is a touch screen in the driver's cabin, which can display the whole crane status information and fault information. The crane and trolley are positioned by laser ranging, with a positioning accuracy of ±10mm.
