Product Introduction

This model MQ gantry crane can be in two forms, one is a one-way crane and the other is a two-way crane.

The one-way gantry hoist is fixed on the gantry frame, the gantry crane runs along the track above the dam, its service range is a line, and it can only be used to lift the sluice gates in the same row;

On the other hand, the trolley of the two-way gantry starter travels perpendicular to the crane, so the two-way crane can lift gates or garbage racks in different rows upstream and downstream.

The gantry cranes used above the dam are mainly divided into two types according to their different structures.

1. Fixed winch hoist: winding type, frame type, chain type, screw type and hydraulic type;

2. Mobile winch hoist: gantry type, semi-gantry type, bridge type and trolley type;

Features

1. Steel plate or box beam, electric drive motor of hoisting mechanism, deceleration hoist;

2. The operating mechanism of the crane is driven by the motor, and the closed operating room is installed on the frame;

3. The gantry leg is equipped with a running buffer device and a windproof guide rail clip;

4. The spreader moves up and down along the door slot or door hinge;

5. The opening and closing of the movable water gate is related to the size of the load and the hydrodynamic pressure of the water;

6. For large span doors, it needs double lift points and keep them in sync;

7. Large lifting capacity, low speed and low working level, usually no more than 4m/min, only for some fast gates, it can reach 10-14m/min;
