Product Introduction

The teeming crane is the core crane of the steel making process and it is also known as the chaging crane. The teeming crane is used to transfer the iron to the alkaline oxygen furnace (BOF) vessel. This requires very high safety and quality requirements for the teeming crane, as it needs to withstand the high temperature dust and noise that are inevitable in steel mills. To control and monitor the movement of cranes, our teeming cranes are equipped with advanced automation solutions using electrical anti-sway control technology for precise and fast handling of hazardous loads.

The teeming crane is an important lifting and handling equipment, which is mainly used to lift the ladle carrying liquid metal. Our pouring cranes from 50 tons to 550 tons are designed and manufactured in strict accordance with FEM and GB standards. As a safe, reliable and high-performance crane produced by a steel mill, the structure of the pouring crane is mainly divided into double-girder double-rail, four-beam four-rail and four-beam six-rail, and it is usually equipped with main and auxiliary trolleys for operation.
