Product Introduction

NL electric chain hoist is designed and produced according to FEM/DIN standard. It combines the 3-D object modeling and the finite element analysis technique to further optimize the gear transmission, box structure and the dimension of every spare part to achieve optimal value.

• Box

The die-casting aluminium box designed through finite element analysis is a modern example of super performance and amazing apperance, feathering with compact structure, light deadweight and wonderful heat dispersion.

• Chain Wheel

Plug-in connection facilitates the replacement of the whole chain wheel, the non centre of gravity design makes the product more safe and reliable and the durable material extends the service life.

• Gear Case

The sophisticated gear grinding craft and the self-lubricating no noise design for hard tooth surface makes the motion more stable and extends the serving life of gears.

• Friction Clutch

The setup and adjustment could be easily achieved with the outside adjustable revolving buttons, which not only ensure the safety, but also could act as a overload protection.

• Motor

Germany brand, class F insulation and grade IP 55 protection level. It adopts the enclosed DC(Direct Current) electromagnetic brake, which can handle brakes more than 1 million times. Even during the long time working in the high temperature, its performance could also be guaranteed.

• Air Plug

Conduit entries are all standard aluminum alloy plug-ins, plug and play type, which do not need any other wire.

• Limit Switch

The inside integrated upper and low limit devices could control the upper and low lifting height effectively, which results in less braking times, long serving life the formation of double safety mechanism with friction clutch.

• Chain

Germany brand chain with high performance. The surface of chain has been through the special quality hardening treatment and owns high tolerance to the hostile working environment such as overloading, rain, seawater and chemicals.

• Hook Group

High quality German DIN 15401 hook group with safety catch sets, compact and rotating in all direction, ensures the safety operation.
